For our customers, we offer metal element varnishing by electrostatic or triboelectric spraying of thermosetting powder coatings. Utilizing advanced technology, we are the only ones able to varnish not only long elements, but also tapes and wires.

We specialize in powder coating of structural elements made of black, stainless steel and aluminum. We powder coat profiles up to a length of 7.2 m, ensuring the professional preparation of the surface before painting by sandblasting or glass beads in a pressure chamber. Surfaces are then degreased in ultrasonic bath. For steel surfaces, the next step of surface preparation is phosphating, and for aluminium surfaces, etching and chromating is the next step. Powder coating is applied in spraying booths by qualified workers, which ensures smooth powder coat layer after curing the powder in an oven.
