Deburring is the process of removing sharp material residues, so-called “burrs”, on the edges of the element remaining after mechanical processing. On the basis of Costa machine for sheet metal processing, we offer the following services:

       removal of oxides from lateral edges after laser cutting process,

       deburring of elements cut out of alloy steels, stainless steels and aluminum that are from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thick; max. element dimensions: 1 x 2 running meter,

       deburring of elements after punching,

       removing burr after gas cutting,

       rounding of sheet metal edges after cutting; rounding radius: 1-5 mm,

       polishing of sheet metal.
